THE NETHERLANDS! THE NETHERLANDS!

"Royal Dutch Shell consists of the upstream businesses of Exploration & Production and Gas & Power and the downstream businesses of Oil Products, Chemicals and Oil Sands. With 104,000 employees in more than 110 countries, Shell plays a key role in helping to meet the world’s growing demand for energy in economically, environmentally and socially responsible ways...."

Based on the above, Shell should be interested in the following article about melting glaciers due to global warming, because the low lands, such as, the Netherlands would be flooded, when the oceans rise 3 feet/or less in case of the low lands of the world: http://www.afterdowningstreet.org/node/38464.

This is why there is an urgent need to switch to natural gas as an alternative fuel to gasoline, be it in the form of GTL, CNG, or LNG, as soon as, possible.

Advanced planning would have natural gas pumps installed at Shell's gasoline stations forthwith for consumers. We can't wait any longer! .

Russian treason bill could hit Kremlin critics
By DAVID NOWAK, Associated Press Writer David Nowak, Associated Press Writer

MOSCOW – New legislation backed by Prime Minister Vladimir Putin would allow Russian authorities to label any government critic a traitor — a move that rights activists said Wednesday was a chilling throwback to times of Soviet dictator Josef Stalin.

The bill, which is expected to become law, would expanded the definition of treason to include damaging Russia's constitutional order, sovereignty or territorial integrity. That, rights activists said, would essentially let authorities interpret any act against state as treason — a crime punishable by up to 20 years in prison.

QUERY TO AMERICAN PETROLEUM INSTITUTE (API)

REGARDING CANVASS THE MEMBERSHIP

Would you canvass the Membership to determine who would be willing to install a natural gas (CNG) pump in their gasoline stations?

The installation of such a pump would help prevent global warming and the Members could advertise such.

Honda and Toyota are producing CNG fueled vehicles. The big 3 used to produce CNG vehicles up through 2005, but quit because of lack of public fueling sites for consumers, except for the Ford Crown Victoria for law enforcement fleets.

Shell Oil CO has responded favorably to this idea, initially.

Below is a list of automobiles eligible to use the HOV lanes in California, as well as, a letter from U. S. Senator Dianne Feinstein:

Dear Mr. Fisher, MSW:

SENATOR FEINSTEIN'S REPLY

Dear Mr. Fisher, MSW:

Thank you for writing to express your support for expanding the use of compressed natural gas (CNG) as a transportation fuel. I appreciate hearing your thoughts, and I welcome the opportunity to respond.

I share your concern about the rising cost of gasoline, and I agree that we must take steps to reduce our dependence on oil and increase our energy security. Putting more CNG vehicles on the road and investing in the infrastructure to make CNG fuel accessible for drivers may help us achieve that goal.

According to the U.S. Department of Energy, the consumption of CNG nationwide has risen by 145 percent over the past six years, increasing the demand for CNG fueling stations.

There are currently 150,000 CNG vehicles on the road nationwide but fewer than 1,000 CNG fueling stations in the United States.

California leads the nation with more than 33,000 CNG vehicles and nearly 150 public fueling sites.

CHAIRWOMAN BOXER OF THE SENATE'S ENVIRONMENT AND PUBLIC WORKS COMTE REPLY

Dear Mr. Fisher:

Thank you for writing to me about proposals to provide emergency loans to the U.S. auto industry. I appreciate hearing from you on a matter that is very important to our nation and to California, which has 153,000 related jobs in dealerships and other affiliated enterprises.

Last year, Congress authorized a program to provide up to $25 billion in loans to automakers and parts suppliers for the production of fuel-efficient cars and light trucks.

Recently, the "Big Three" automakers returned to ask Congress to authorize bridge loans to cover day-to-day operations. Congressional leaders rightly insisted that the automakers must develop a credible restructuring plan that results in a viable industry with quality jobs and economic opportunity for the 21st century while protecting taxpayer investments.

Subj: CNG Pumps at Gasoline Stations Proposal

I have requested President Elect Obama to consider convening a meeting with the oil companies and natural gas utilities companies to hash out an agreement, whereby, the oil companies would install CNG pumps at their gasoline stations as they have done with diesel.

As you know, the reason that the big 3 automakers stopped producing CNG autos for consumers is because of a lack of CNG fueling sites for the public, although Honda and Toyota are displaying their CNG models at the 2008 Los Angeles Auto Show

Guess whose birthday was on election day?

I just found out, I think its a hoot myself (lol). No incentive or prizes for this, but whoever is the first to guess this is a really good guesser! (You can play too, David).

DRAFT RESOLUTION TO AMEND EXISTING AND PENDING LOANS TO AUTOMAKERS

Where as, the California Congressional Delegation SHOULD sponsor/co-sponsor amendatory language to correct the absence of natural gas (CNG and LNG) as an alternative fuel in the existing and pending loans legislation to the Detroit automakers; and

Where as, natural gas is recognized and approved by the EPA, the California Air Resources Board, the South Coast Air Quality Manage District, and the California Energy Commission as bonafide alternative fuels for use in vehicles, such as, public transit buses, school buses, trucks in our seaports, and airports, sanitation districts truck fleets, law enforcement fleets, taxi cabs, and private vehicles, IN GENERAL; and

Where as, it is the private automobile that emits the most pollutants into our atmosphere. It is time to confront this problem head on by switching to an alternative fuel that is not gasoline; and

Thank you for your letter dated 10/26/08.

However, I must point out to you that nowhere in your letter did you mention natural gas, such as, CNG or LNG. You mentioned renewable energy only, and not "ALTERNATIVE FUELS."

The above "ALTERNATIVE FUELS" have been approved by the EPA, California Air Resources Board, and the South Coast Air Quality Management District as "ALTERNATIVE FUELS" for our public transit bus fleets.

I AM GLAD THAT YOU DID NOT MENTION SUPPORT FOR NUCLEAR ENERGY DUE TO THE PROBLEM OF DISPOSING OF NUCLEAR WASTE.

I am sure that the people of Nevada have concerns about Yucca Mountain. Since we are so close to Yucca Mountain, I have concerns too about the nuclear waste seeping into our water table, inasmuch as, the Inland Empire gets its drinking water from wells!

Despite my concerns, I voted for you by mail.

MSM CBS finally airs protestors at Fannie Mae Office

The mainstream media, CBS, aired a few moments of protestors who forced their way into a Fannie Mae office today on evening news.
That has to be rare, but may signal a very belated improvement in truthful journalism and reporting. They waited long enough.
Other stations and networks had better wake up and start reporting all the grave situations connected with today's political and financial crises in the U.S..

Someone Not Rich Voting For McCain Is Like A Chicken Voting For Colonel Sanders

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHc6BmPMU58

"It's not who votes that counts, it's who counts the votes". (Josef Stalin)

Could it be that after the historic disaster of the past 8 years and a broken Constitutional Republic that enough uninformed sheeple are still stupid enough to vote for another lying, Zionist "neocrud" like senile McCain and a shrill Pom Pom Bimbo who uses children as a prop for her loud stupidity and moral turpitude?

Yes. Strike Three.

The same thugs who lied 935 times about "weapons of mass destruction" and "nookular" weapons have successfully stolen Trillions of Dollars from America and they are salivating to "bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran.

The Republican culture of corruption is peddling:

More resentment for intellect.

More lies.

More proxy wars for Israel.

More invasions of more sovereign nations.

More criminal "preemptive" wars to prove whose "god" has a bigger phallus.

More obscene war profiteering and self enrichment.

OVER 80% OF THE WORLD'S POPULATION LIVES IN COASTAL CITIES;NATURAL GAS (CNG) TO SAVE US FROM THE APOCALYPSE?

CNG IS CLEAN BURNING, THEREFORE, IT DOES NOT EMIT "GREEN HOUSE GASES," WHICH CONTRIBUTES TO "GLOBAL WARMING," AND THIS IS MELTING THE ICE PACKS. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT WHEN THE ICE PACKS MELT ENOUGH, POSSIBLY WITHIN THE NEXT 30 YEARS, OUR COASTAL CITIES, SUCH AS, NEW YORK, BOSTON, DETROIT, CHICAGO, CLEVELAND, ALL OF FLORIDA AND COASTAL CITIES ON THE PACIFIC COAST, SUCH AS, SAN DIEGO, PARTS OF lOS ANGELES, SAN FRANCISCO, OAKLAND, PORTLAND, SEATTLE, VANCOUVER, AS WELL AS, ALL OF ALASKA, AND COASTAL CITIES AROUND THE WORLD WILL BE FLOODED!

ONE POSSIBLE ANSWER IS A NATURAL GAS (CNG) HOME FUELING APPARATUS FOR PRIVATE VEHICLES, WHICH HAS GONE "UNDER THE RADAR," AND HAS BEEN RELATIVELY UNKNOWN TO AMERICAN CONSUMERS. THE NAME OF THE HOME FUELING SYSTEM IS "MY PHILL." THIS APPARATUS HAS BEEN ON THE MARKET FOR YEARS, BUT DUE TO POOR MARKETING, AMONG OTHER THINGS, HAS NOT CAUGHT ON BY THE AMERICAN CONSUMERS, BECAUSE IT IS MADE IN CANADA BY "FUELMAKER."

Sarah Palin escapee from Girls Gone Wild-I've been waiting for her to pull her blouse up with one of those winks!

It is a sad situation when a person running for Vice President of our United States has the only thing going for her is her "hair" her looks? I have watched grown men on national television gush over her and wiggle in their chair like they're trying to get that mouse out of their pocket-it's hilarious! Now, tell me seriously, if women reacted this way to a male running for high office we would be stoned and burned at the stake. So, let's get someone with credibilty in the media to cover the REAL ISSUES and quit jerking us around-or jerking something!

Obama and ACORN

The WSJ published another "voter fraud" editorial, today, trying to link Obama and ACORN to some kind of national conspiracy to subvert election law.

You can read it yourself here.

My reply:

This editorial is well written, albeit transparently partisan and misleading.

In order to make the point that Obama is supporting groups that "subvert election law," our author points to numerous "allegations" of illegal voter registration applications by ACORN, a grass roots coalition of community organizers.

They have over 13,000 employees. Certainly there are a few bad apples. After all, just look at the Congress--where Bob Ney, Tom DeLay, Charles Rangel and others constituted a much higher percentage of "bad apples" than ACORN.

A MESSAGE FROM THE "GOVERNATOR"

Thank you Governor,

Former Mayor Tom Bradley, and former Chief Legislative Analyst for the City of Los Angeles, Ken Spiker, assigned me the special exclusive project, the "California Coastal Plan," and along with the City of Los Angeles City Departments to monitor review, comment and submit amendatory language to the "California Coastal Commission (the Commission) the Legislature regarding the pending legislation, "California Coastal Act of 1976," and the Commission's Administrative Rules ,Regulations, and Guidelines in 1974-79.

During this time, I became familiar with all of the "Elements" of the "Coastal Plan."
The "Energy Element" of the "Coastal Plan" was one of the "Elements." I soon realized that the "Coastal Plan" document is for "present and future generations."
