Wexler Asks Mukasey If He Will Enforce Contempt and Of Course He Says No - Now Can We Impeach His Boss?
Watch Mukasey claim that there is precedent for refusing to enforce contempt citations. Then watch Wexler ask him to name a single precedent, which he cannot. As Wexler then informs him, there isn't any.

8 years has come to this
the attorney general of the United States does not anymore give straight answers to members of congress
when asked if he is the president's lawyer or the people's lawyer he responds, he is everybody's lawyer and enforces precedent
which is to say, he doesn't enforce US codes or laws, but 'what was got away with' previously
now, Wexler holds him to account and says the former president clinton reference is not precedent, there is no individual who appeared before congress who was ordered by the president to not cooperate with congress
here's the scary part
precedent can include 'inuendo, fantasy, wishful thinking, toe sucking'
ie: ALBERTO GONZALES
we are in trouble folks
dictatorship is when the 'leader' makes orders all have to follow because it's the 'law'
now once again it will be stated that under martial law, which the us is involved in, the seperation of powers don't exist
so the attorney general is doing his best to preserve the ILLUSION that we have a constitutional form of government
we do... historically, not right now that is
Impeachment is so important, could be our last chance before the entire government is made null and VOID by Martial Law
the attorney generals whole role is PROSECUTION of Federal Level Wrong doing
which fantasy statement do you prefer of the attorney general?
Treason is not to have to say i love you, I GUESS.......!!!
Repuke just dont get it
It is painfully obvious that the Repukes and their hired hench men just dont get the Constitution or if do, they are simply ignoring it.
Refusal of these elected or confirmed officials to follow the Constitution is treason. May they all hang on judgement day for their willful disregard for the Laws of this Land.
Glad to see Rep Wexler make it clear to the Cabal exactly what the issue at stake is, these self-pompous rationalists better wake up because more and more We The People are getting it. There actions will not be forgotten just because they have left office - there is no statute of limitations on Treason.
Thank you, Congressman Wexler !
