'Shocking' video: Shi'a Iraqi soldiers beat Sunnis as US trainers watch
By David Edwards, Raw Story
Dramatic footage of mostly Shi'a Iraqi soldiers delivering a "brutal beating" to several local Sunnis has been obtained by a British public-service television station.
US soldiers assigned to train the Iraqi troops look on as the Iraqi soldiers push the beaten men into the rear compartment of an armored vehicle.
"It is a shocking insight into the sectarian violence that is tearing Baghdad apart," Jonathan Miller reports for Channel Four. "Two journalists – embedded with the First Cavalry division – witnessed suspected insurgents being viciously beaten and abused."
According to Channel Four, American troops then threatened the journalists and held them under armed guard while attempting to "seize their footage."
"US Army commander Lieutenant Colonel Dale C. Kuehl told Channel 4 News he had taken administrative action to include suspending the platoon sergeant," Channel Four reports.
A clip from Channel Four's report can be watched below:

Our "Royal Heinous " Preys.
One of the most horrendous aspects of this dreadful behavior caught on tape is the fact that our troops in Alpha Company were praying just before their laughter and "egging on" of torture. In 2004, I asked several people how they could actually vote for George Bush. Their answers: "He PRAYS." My retort to these misguided citizens is this: Yes, our "royal heinous" does PREY. He preys upon the minds and souls of those who allow evil to rent space in their heads. He preys upon goodness with dangerous hate. He and his administration condone (and indeed ORDER) many forms of torture. (and complicit citizens participate in these evil atrocities.) The temperment and "spirit" of a nation comes down from the "top". This is why it is so important for us to rid ourselves of this hateful, lying, torturous administration. We must replace them with decent, good, honest leaders who have the courage and integrity to investigate and expose them for the nefarious "inside job" crime of 9-11. Watching the disgusting display of "joy" at another's pain is a vivid indication of how Bush/Cheney have been able to "get away" (thus far) with the most vile terroristic crime in the history of the world (even with that IMPOSSIBLE story they put forth (with malice) to the American public). It is demonicly indecent. All of it.
